March 9 Elections: Support SPN Politically and Financially

SPN Account: Socialist Party of Nigeria, 1015587065, Zenith Bank

As we all know, the Gubernatorial and State House of Assembly Elections come up this Saturday March 9. Local government elections will also take place in FCT Abuja. We in the Socialist Party of Nigeria (SPN) are fielding candidates for the positions of Governor and 4 House of Assembly members in Oyo; three House of Assembly members in Lagos; two House of Assembly seats in Ogun; one House of Assembly in Osun; one House of Assembly Seat in Cross River and two Chairmanship positions and six councilors in Abuja. We have two days more to campaign through house to house, visit to workplaces and activities in community. We also have to plan for logistics on the Election Day including having agents in as many as possible polling units.

Once again, we would appeal for your financial supports. We thank trade unions, labour leaders, socialist activists, supporters and comrades who have donated to the campaign. Your support has made it possible to reach out to a wider layer of the masses with socialist alternative, and also prepare them for struggles after the elections against the inevitable capitalist attacks and for improvements, as we campaign vigorously to win positions. We can still do more in the next few days.

Please pay your donation to: Socialist Party of Nigeria, 1015587065, Zenith Bank

Also vote for our candidates if you are registered voters in their areas and help mobilize votes for them regardless of where you live. Beyond voting for us, we call on workers, youth and all change seeking elements to join the SPN as a step towards building a mass working peoples' party on socialist programme.
